This reads like the Babylon Bee and not a legal filing. What a hack job
Um wasn’t today’s case with the Wisconsin Supreme Court? Brett Ludwig was not a justice
That case was argued today, awaiting decision from Wisc. Supreme Court, This case was argued a few days ago in Federal District Court--I think there was audio that people were listening to.
so cant wait to hear brett h ldwig thanking donald trump for the opportunity to be a federal judge, that should go over well. but he wont, he will thank mitch mcconnel instead.
What does this mean?
Nvm, i understand
How did they write that so quickly? I think it was mostly already prepared beforehand...not sure how they do these thigns but that is what I think.
"This Court Has Limited Jurisdiction to Resolve Plaintiff’s Electors Clause Challenge." Yet the federal courts won't touch it either.
"This is an extraordinary case. A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for reelection has asked for federal court help in setting aside the popular vote based on disputed issues of election administration, issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred. " We keep hearing this before the vote occurred thing....but not everything they raised happened before the vote occurred.
This was in federal court. It was argued a few days ago by Sydney Powell. It is not the one in the Wisconsin Supreme court that was argued today (about the recount). I don't think there's a decision on that one yet.
Oh yes today was the Supreme Court? Thank you for clarifying.
Fucking commie court
They shut down half of the country AGAIN.
