Maybe we could pay a penny per upvote. Prepay whatever amount to keep in your bank. When someone comes up with a post that's just so good, you can give them a little coin. TDW would get half a penny, the poster would get half a penny. It would add up quickly! You could still downvote, but it wouldn't subtract from the upvote.
