Kinda hard to apply election law incorrectly..as far as i know there is a lot of the word 'shall' meaning you have to do something. If they apply law to ballots that have no sig or no paper trail its hard to not throw them out. If it says basically you need sig or the vote shall be thrown out and they do not there has to be an appeal process for that i imagine.

The WI supreme court is pretty based, 3 of the conservative justices seemed like they were leaning towards Trump's lawyer, 1 of them (Hagedorn who is a flip/flop) didn't say a word. Find him @Judgehagedorn I know they aren't supposed to read any of it, but I've been sending some carefully worded tweets anyways. I'd give it a true 50/50 shot, which is probably the best odds yet
He's dyed in the wool "Federalist society" type judge though, so he'll look for literally any excuse, no matter how small, to avoid making decisions with actual consequences.
I was under the impression they were adjourning until a ruling is announced. They indicated it would come before Monday (hence why they held a Saturday session)
I think you are confusing this with the case that was thrown out in WI by a circuit judge yesterday. The court has not announced a ruling from all sources I have checked
The court session was live-streamed here. A copy has not been posted yet, to my knowledge, but she detailed the case and asked actual questions while her liberal peers cried and screamed about racism.
Yeah that one hateful lady judge mental insulted the lawyer saying how dare you accuse WI citizens of such terrible things implying they are committing crimes. How dare you! It was breathtakingly hateful in word and her affect. She seemed emotionally unstable to me
