This is one of ODNI's responsibilities. Jim's been a patriot since '15 when I started looking, or earlier. ODNI has been refusing to give Biden any NatSec info until he wins. ODNI is required to block Biden from taking office if it's learned that Biden is compromised by a foreign agent or power.
