It is significant. It states the DNI ( Director of National Intelligence) has 45 days from an election to issue a report about any foreign interference, shenanigans and malarkey. December 18th is 45 days. The DNI is John Radcliff, appointed by Trump. By all known factors, he's fully based and Team Trump.
If that EO was indeed part of a long play trap for the election, the 18th will let us know.
