I don't think trump ever expected to win in the courts, The courts are just a big show to make the enemy look in the wrong direction. Its so effective that many here have also fallen for it, the main goal for trump at the moment is to prove to the military that china 100% no doubts influenced Bidens campaign. Then proceed with the RICO and Treason charges via military and inserection act.
This has been hinted at with the 2018 EO and the several interviews he gave. especially the interview where he said "nothing like this has ever happened in this country" which hints at the fact that this aint like the 2000 bush thing but much deeper.

Not only that but other people on the Donald mentioned how the military is ramping up its activity, with Trump as commander and chief its 100% within his preview to start preparing for raid or martial law without notifying anyone within the other branches of government.
