yeah, but it will ground the legitimacy of the need to invoke foreign interference/insurrection protocols. The courts might not matter anymore, but facts, truth, evidence, and legitimacy of process very much do. Whether the courts do anything or not, at least 70% of USA needs to believe that doing so was necessary. We know that, but I think a little more is needed, and MSM social media echo chamber not helping. But we'll get there.
I strongly believe the only paths forward are insurrection act or surrender. The courts have proven completely incapable and I don't believe we can count on RINOs to do anything in congress.
Unfortunately, for martial law, legitimacy will have to come after the fact. The majority of Americans will never hear any of this evidence, just like they never heard any of the other evidence.

Require that all voters get at least say 1000 on the SATs. In English.
I actually support an IQ requirement to vote. Either you have to at least be college educated, or have an IQ above 85 to vote.
College is an overpriced government-protected leftist brainwashing racket for people too stupid to learn from books and the Internet.
IQ is discrimination by correlation. Low IQ people can still be good workers and citizens, it just requires them more effort to achieve the same result.
A common standardized test like SAT Math & English is the best way. Could add a third section about the US Constitution.
There is no perfect system, some people will get caught in the crossfire no matter what metrics you use. As someone with 3 degrees I agree college is a joke. But even if we can eliminate the bottom 10% of the intelligence curve that would make a big impact in my opinion.
