I keep seeing people posting this (and I watched it also). I think people are reading too much into it.
People think this means its 100% proof that Trump is holding all the cards to guarantee his re-election. But what I take it is that "we caught it" means we have a ton of evidence. The issue is, SCOTUS or the courts don't care about the evidence. And Trump's frustration today on Twitter shows that.
It’d be naive to think Trump didn’t already know the courts were compromised.
People on here assume Trump is some kind of genius who never makes a mistake.
He's smart but he's made plenty of mistakes.
For example, he was convinced to fire Flynn from disinformation. Another example is hiring Sessions, then Barr.
He also listened to McConnell for all of his court picks. All of the judges are Federalist Society judges and these are the same judges right now that are screwing him over. Meanwhile, McConnell, the same one who advised Trump for all these court picks, is now dead silent about election fraud.
Trump put too much faith into the swamp.
He could have fired Barr months ago. Why hasn’t he?
Because Barr tricked him. Remember, Durham report was going to come in summer 2020? Then covid hit and gave Barr the excuse to say it would be delayed (without covid they would have said they expanded it to explain the delay).
At that point it was too late to fire him. Can't cause chaos that shakes people's confidence and resolve, going into the election.
Barr literally defended Communist shitbags that murdered American patriots at Ruby Ridge. The President has been forced to deal with these Satanic pedophiles the entire time he was in office. To think he was duped into thinking someone as corrupt as Barr would act, for one solitary second, on behalf of the American people, is laughably naive. While true, trump looked for someone who might do something and held out hope that he might. There were some promising signs. He killed the Mueller investigation and started Durham (which looked like it was headed somewhere).

The only way this now doesn't end up with military on the streets is if Biden concedes, or something goes right at the electoral college vote, which I personall6 think is a long shot.

And thats the key. People don't want to believe it here but a court like SCOTUS will HAVE TO DECIDE THIS. we can't will Trump to the inauguration. We can't "declare he won". It has to be the EC, or if not them the House, or SCOTUS.
I'm good with Pence doing it. Pence should state that they're not accepting electors from states that are contested by >1/3 of their legislatures.
Then we just have to get Republicans on board in 2 or 3 states and voila, it's a state by state, single vote election.
