Hello, this is your President, and with me the Acting Secretary of Defense and others. In December 2016 I was warned by the then head of the NSA, the great Admiral Rogers, of espionage against my campaign and transition team. That was not all that happened that day. It turns out there is a unit of patriots at the NSA who have watched a number of politicians and government employees commit treason and other crimes.

We have shared the NSA's evidence with the Department of Defense and the DNI, and they have concluded that it is true, and they asked me to invoke the Insurrection Act yesterday. I did invoke the Insurrection Act yesterday, and today a number of arrests were carried out by Special Forces, with more on the way. Anyone can visit whitehouse.gov to see the evidence for themselves.

Now I am also calling on the militia in some States to come out and occupy their capitols and statehouses, and arrest and hold their governors and other officials. But do not execute them, just arrest and hold until we can pick them up. The police are considered part of the militia, and I am ordering them to help. Besides the governors and attorneys general of Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, I am also authorizing the arrest of Ohio governor DeWine, New York governor Cuomo, California governor Newsom, as well as the governors of Oregon, Washington, and Minnesota.
