I think the Trump legal team needs to rethink their legal strategy. It's clear that the courts don't want to get involved in the political process. If that's the case, then the lawsuits should not be asking the courts to do anything except recognizing the evidence as valid. Let the courts put their stamp of approval on the evidence, and then that can be used to convince weak-kneed legislatures that they should take hold of the EC selections.
If the suits MUST ask for something, then ask for recognition by the states that the evidence is valid.
It's a bold strategy, but one that I think will work since it completely neutralizes the courts and makes them focus just on the merits, and not interfering with the legislature or voter disenfranchisement.
Thoughts?
did you actually write a random post on an internet forum that begins by
yes. Isn't that the point of the internet?
let's just say that if the collective amount of everything that everyone on this forum knows is 1, then what Trump legal team knows is 500. How can you even imagine having a single clue about what should be a better strategy for them to pursue?
why so offended by an idea?
no worries man, it's okay. keep pushing, maybe Rudy Giuliani is reading your advice.
He will present the evidence and depending on the DNI report either let the legislatures do their jobs, let congress refuse to seat the electors, or impose the Issurection Act because of foreign interference.
He has to let things play out but he will not let Chyna take our country away
