I would caution a bit here - if Dec 18 report is what we expect, then we will likely hear NOTHING. If it is what we suspect, then the contents of the report will be top secret, compartmentalized with a very limited distribution list. We likely won't know what the report says until after we see the implications of the report. We won't likely see the implications of the report for about a week after the 18th.
My guess is that the 18th will be a dramatic game changer behind the scenes and will look like nothing to us until around the 24th.
