Post on here asking if anyone else lives in the city. PM them. Meetup in person. Ask if they know anyone else like you. Meetup with them. Keep building up your groups numbers. Eventually you need to devise a plan. You need to find ways to disrupt supply lines. I wouldn't try any occupy areas yet because your forces would be too weak but try to cutoff simply lines by damaging the infrastructure is best but also, creating fear by killing those who're working on the transportation of goods to create fear is an option if you lack the resources to damage the infrastructure. You could work on gaining those resources as well.
Maybe some assassinations of prominent politicians in the area, etc...
Yeah, we all need to move to red states. We have to live near each other, were too spread out right now. If joe forces himself into office we have to live close together so we can plan things and create a super tight knit community
