Every legal option has to be tried; even if all the courts punt, or dismiss. it still has to be tried, and these public hearing have to keep happening. Trump probably realized early that the courts would go nowhere, that the FBI and DOJ were against him, and he probably also realized SCOTUS wouldn't be fair either. But going through all these things, even if they appear to be losses have done the job of revealing how corrupt the system is, and has primed people to never except Biden as president. That's the major point to all of this. He, and his team wanted everyone to see all these things. They've moved beyond "winning" while trying to also win at the same time.

They aren't going to riot in the streets though because the cheating helped their side. So, conservatively, 70% of Americans know it wasn't a fair election. The rest, mushrooms.
No, but I don't think anyone is going to follow his orders anymore. After having every single safeguard not only fail but actively refuse to acknowledge the obvious or even entertain the thought of doing WHAT WE PAY THEM OUR TAXES TO DO, why should I expect anyone to do their job? If Trump hired an entire mercenary army with no purpose except to arrest the perps, I would fully expect them to turn on Trump and do nothing at this point.
