Obviously the plan with COVID all along was to weaken our country and cover for a stolen election. Nobody's debating that. But the third goal is undoubtedly to cause massive civil unrest, hence the stoking of BLM all year long.
The only thing that could make us weaker than we are right now is war. The path to strength from division is through unity. The left must be dealt with, and kind-for-kind counter attack is a tempting option.
