He managed, without hitting them at all to just power throuhg, stand up, flip the quad back on its wheel and leave... all while having a cops on each of his legs.
I really really hope im rooting for the guy on the quad. I need the story but still. What an absolute unit. Brushed them off like little kids. Hope the cops were in the wrong.

yeah, they needed social workers there instead. these cops were ineffective and clearly and obviously a social worker would have handled it
