When the 4 states send delegates for Biden to the electoral college on the 14th, then, Texas and the other states will have officially been disenfranchised. They can try refilling once the crime has actually happened.

You can always tell when something is wrong, some outside unseen influence is at work because they make stupid mistakes. Like the judge in MI that allowed their AG to argue the sealing of the forensic results of their voting machines, after the court had allowed the forensic auditing to be done. The judge in PA (I think) that said this should have been filed months ago but the voting irregularities were just last month. And then this USSC filing. That is not their usual way of doing business.
