Cloudflare is the default "privacy" DNS setting for Firefox. Not much of a guess since the dopes at Firefox usually prod it's users to turn it on by default. It's a shitty feature since real privacy needs a VPN or a borrowed open network and can really slow down your web access when CF is busy.
