No. Thomas stated he thought they should hear it because they HAVE to hear it, but he wouldn't have provided any of the relief requested. Which is him basically indicating it has no merit.
It’s more nitpicky than that - I understand Thomas and Alito to mean that they need a formal hearing before rejecting it on standing grounds, while the others believed they could dismiss it without.
