If we let this go to Inauguration Day before acting, Biden could easily invoke it and the Deep State agencies will happily oblige. If it's clear we're out of options before Jan 20th then we need to act before that day not after.

Exactly, it's now or never. Either we take them down now or we will be labeled domestic terrorists and hunted, ratted on by neighbors, eliminated. Little by little. If you think cops wont comply, sure some wont, but at the end of the day they have families and pensions to think about. They'll take a huge gulp of the kool aide and get on with it. Just look at the unconstitutional corona lock downs and curfews.
