No one is dying from cancer, heart disease, or old age. Everyone is dying from covid-19, and covid-19 is Trump's fault. If Hillary were president, no one would have died in 2020.
Meanwhile, in reality, the number of total deaths this year is on track to roughly match the total from last year. Which means covid-19 was criminally overblown.

You're looking at a little over 10% of deaths for people above 65 as being Covid related (in that a death involved a positive test of covid, not that it was necessarily from it). So if you're ignoring grandma and grandpa thinking you're helping them, there still more likely to die of something else and you will have never seen them before they died. It sucks, it's a horrible situation, but old people die and I'd imagine they are much more likely too when they're scared and lonely than being among family that loves them.
Can someone please provide a link that shows total death numbers, the spike in covid numbers, along with the complete drop in flu cases, pneumonia, etc? I have the Johns Hopkins article, but is there a graph available that shows those top causes of death and how they compare to previous years?
