I don't, and that's not what was conveyed at all. That objective would be to strip importation from already existing flow out of China, and redirect production to Allied Asian Sectors. There are economic realities that will take time to spin up domestically, where as the infrastructure already exists to supplant Chinese Production in other areas of Asia. You have to think about the time it take to tool up domestically, and in the mean time, still supply demand. That's just reality.
