scotus has NEVER followed the constitution since 1776

Slavery and segregation, both are clearly unconstitutional. Yet scotus allowed them to exist for hundreds of years. Current assault on gun rights, freedom of speech and privacy, bullshit lockdown are all unconstitutional. What have they done to address it? We the people are the ultimate authority in the country. We make real change

SCOTUS is beholden to public opinion. They see their job as "managing" that. So like gay marriage was a no no until there was more supported.

I am disappointed that SCOTUS did not simply big dick the cheaters but I also do not hate them. Mostly. Well okay 4 of them are terrible.
