Slavery and segregation, both are clearly unconstitutional. Yet scotus allowed them to exist for hundreds of years. Current assault on gun rights, freedom of speech and privacy, bullshit lockdown are all unconstitutional. What have they done to address it? We the people are the ultimate authority in the country.
