The issue is entryism. Those of us who believe in freedom will hire anyone to do a job so long as they can do it effectively, but leftists will only hire other leftists.
This phenomenon means that over time all organizations will become dominated by leftists. Once the hiring process becomes fully saturated by leftists the organization can't be saved unless we're willing to lie and be manipulative to get past the gatekeepers en masse in order to turn out the leftists.
Problem is, the right almost never organizes in this manner until the threats are existential (like they are now) and at that point it's too late to apply this process to taking back our institutions; it takes time we no longer have.
But the leftists don’t come out of the gate swinging their dogma around, they hid. They kept their mouths shut until they reached critical mass in the company, then launched their coups.

It is not too late. Now is the time to employ this strategy: Sell to them; Buy from us.
The time to do this is now. Purchase by purchase, buy only from trusted sources. We cannot do it all at once, but, like with TDW, look for those whom you can trust.
Now, the question is, who is US? Whom can we trust? Easy answer: those who fear God. It is the only dividing line that is impenetrable. Even those who do not fear God will profess the Fear in order to participate.

Perhaps it wouldn't be a waste of time to start joining the police forces and other government jobs and turning those places around.
