You can argue whether or not its a good rule, i don't really care. Probably some kids last year tried to submit a photo with a bong or something and they were 'its just a hookah' so this year they set a no props rule to not have to deal with it.

If they allow this one they would have to allow a BLM one.
Don't see why. Our flag is the official county flag, it is likely even flown at the school... The other is simply a symbol with no standing.
