I've been working around a lot of these companies over my life time and what I've seen is ridiculous. You get one Chinese foreign national in a hiring position in a major company and then all of a sudden whole departments become filled with only Chinese. They no longer try to hire American workers or really anyone who deserves the job due to merit. They just hire other Chinese because they can.
I seriously doubt it as Chinese are not as unity as Indians.Lots of Chinese don't trust Chinese. People from Hong Kong or Taiwan may be exclusive but mainland China's Chinese don't trust Each other, it's the brainwash effect from CCP.
The Chinese have unity, it's more focussed on the Han than the other ethnic groups within the national borders. If you're not Han, YOU ARE FUCKED, to put it simply. It's one of the ways the CCP take over the internal provinces and 'autonomous regions'. Basically breed everybody else out.
If you want to piss off a Chinese person who is recently arrived / studying / flashing the cash, basically imply that they're not Han and that the Cantonese are better.
