Meanwhile, the NYC Starbucks that had to close because of a rat infestation had an A-rating. Health inspectors, like all government employees, are useless.

The health dept needs to be afraid to enforce these orders, and anyone that continues to work for any enforcing health dept is an enemy of the USA.
