My GF does not force her clients to wear masks during appts, and she started a group to promote (and only promote) businesses who respect freedom. Now this group is trying to ruin her business and reputation. This is what we are up against. Spineless cowards who screenshot things they don't like and then bitch about it in private groups.

Good thinking. The only thing that will be a problem is it's rather unlikely that very many of us here happen to be from your area, so there won't be much we'll be able to do about them. You might also want to publish it among a more local patriot group too.
Let your community know, there are many who will sympathize with you and detest the jerks who are giving you shit.
Post on nextdoor, your local subreddit, comments section at local newspaper, comments on local videos with their names, and upload images to sites with their names in the pictures. Let the internet always remember that they went after local small businesses.

Yeah have to make their lives equally as miserable and uncomfortable, sadly the game that they are forcing you play; the Cancel Game. The second they get a taste of control and power the feel emboldened to keep crusading, hit them hard and hit them within the confines of the law and decency, but expose them, make them squirm, make them worry about speaking out like that trying to ruin another persons living.

Get a lawyer. Sue them!
Sue Facebook too. Ordinarily Section 230 would protect them, however the case could be made by acting as a publisher by censoring Trump and other election related content they are a publisher AND this publisher distinction extends to Facebook as a whole, not just the content that Facebook was blocking / fact checking.

GF deleted hers. She was getting a lot of business through it and felt like she was stuck with it. I guess she is about to find out.

I wonder if, legally, the way Facebook is enforcing fake news standards and cancelling accounts associated with businesses... that definitely counts as "damages". I understand that Facebook is a business and can delete any account they want to, but a systematic assault on conservatives' businesses with evidence that Facebook is not applying their rules against non-conservatives would make a nice class action suit.
Do these cowards have any sort of clout or purchasing power? I occasionally provide Google reviews of small businesses when the owners asks me to leave them. The unbelievable lies that some lunatics say about these businesses is bullshit to people like me who know that these businesses and their owners are great and offer quality services and products. I will always support my favorite businesses by writing reviews straight from the heart and giving perfect ratings to outshine the liars and haters. I don't know if it helps, but I don't think it hurts to spread a kindness in this unfair world =)
If it's just crazy people being crazy but the business revenue remains good, then don't sweat it.
