I was thinking about that. My first thought was "I have no idea what they could do because I'm not a student of civics and law." My off-the-wall guess is a new impeachment process, lawmakers acting like Biden is president in all affairs while urging military and law enforcement leaders to arrest GEOTUS for treason. World leaders would be put in the precarious position of having to pick a president. States would consider secession.
