High level officials in three letter agencies don't participate in raids, just like a commander isn't on the front line of a battlefield.
She wasn't shot in a raid. She could, however, be detained somewhere, arrested, jailed, fleeing, in hiding, or dead. Any of these things are more probable than her being shot in a raid.
But she wouldn't have been participating in the raid. If the LARP is true, she would have just been at that base when the raid occurred, which really isn't that implausible. Why wouldn't the CIA director be at the base where they were conducting likely their most important covert op? Anyway, not really sayig it's true but I don't like your reasoning of disproving it.
