I know that Pence can simply refuse to seat a state's electors. But what happens then? Doesn't it just go back to the states' houses? Then every state gets to seat one elector, right?
Everyone says that if it goes back to the states' houses that Republicans hold more state houses than Dems, so Trump wins. People speak of it as if it were a guarantee.
But then we're assuming that a bunch of spineless Republicans will actually stand strong. We're assuming that they'll be willing to choose someone from their party. They'll be under a ton of pressure from the press to 'honor the will of the people' and to uphold their state's crooked vote. If they haven't displayed courage by that point, what makes us think that they'll do so then?
I need someone to please explain the rest of the process to me. If the courts fail to do their jobs, is ^that^ our last legal option and do I understand it right?
Finally, if the state Republicans do fold (like they usually do), then doesn't Biden now have a Constitutional win? Isn't ^that^ a scenario that Trump can't possibly overcome?

We really needed another 4 years of Trump to take China on. Instead, we are getting the exact opposite. Worse yet, because of the fraud, Republicans are almost certainly not going to come out to vote in GA and we'll lose the Senate - even if Trump were to stay.

We're still on track, I think, or Trump wouldn't be acting as confident as he is. We have them buy the balls already. Yes, there's lots of clean up that'll be happening after this for years to come, but we're taking our office on January 20th for a second term.

I think the GA thing is rough - people usually don't go out and vote en-mass in special elections like this. Republicans are demoralized over the fraud, and Democrats are emboldened by the fraud and amped up about taking the Senate.
We need to keep the Senate - it would make it VERY hard for Biden to get anything done. Well...Not necessarily. I forgot; the Republicans all want to work with him.

Actually seeing all the states that came together to support Texas was a huge moment I think. One that we hadn't realized before- we have the support we need to get this done. POTUS isn't 100% alone. Part of what I'm hoping happens is that Texas and the other states come together and file again all in one, Sidney keeps going with her mini versions with GEOTUS as the plantiff, and the arguments between the Legislatures and Governors to come a head where the Govenors need to sue US/the Legislators to try and push the fake electors though.
I've no idea why, really no basis for it, but I have a really really good feeling. In fact I'm feeling the best I have since this whole thing started.

We have indisputable evidences, we have all the proofs any legitimate government would need, all any honest Society would need, to make arrests and force the Rule of Law.
But we do not have enough honest government or Society to allow that to happen. What I mean is the courts cannot offer us relief, they can agree with us but that does not take the criminals out of play.
BLM terrorists and antifas and corrupt government and corrupt media and Deep State Tools of every sort will still be in Society. A court ruling is not gonna fix this for us, we hope the courts and legislatures will do the lawful things but 'someone' will still have to solve the renegades-in-our-Society problem.
biden will never have a lawful win, we already possess the evidences and proofs of why, proofs of Reality. We will see POTUS invoke the Insurrection Act, we will see more intense wars in our streets as this is settled.
Legal options are not going to solve this, the sanctuary city cops and mayors and corrupt government agencies are still going to be corrupt, we are going to have to go in guns blazing and haul them out. Hopefully POTUS/Q+ do most of that heavy work.
