It apparently is WWII and Allied commanders are upset because Abraham Lincoln has just been kidnapped by the Chinese Nazis and is being held captive in Canada. They need a special forces team to rescue him, and they consider James Bond, Rocky Balboa and others. The final battle scene is set in Canada where the Chinese Nazis attack our heroes using 1970s American cars with swastikas painted on the sides. One guy in a bulldozer is firing a belt-fed machine gun that has no belt inserted. No, you did not misread any of that. Your brain will melt, do not watch).
