My grandparents have told me, many times, how different Georgia is now in contrast to when they were young adults in the early 50s; of course, I think most elderly Americans could say the same of their home state as well.
Many who do not live in Georgia, or other Southern states, may think the South is laid back, easy going and friendly, not so much any longer due to heavy immigration (H1b visa holders). I barely recognize my home town, which used to be quite nice, but now has started to appear like another country all together, and I'm only in my initial 30s (a lot has changed very quickly).
America is our home, however it's being sold and stolen from us, taken from our family, friends and children. No one has right to our nation, it belongs to the people of the United States, not the World.
