Why would anyone hire students from colleges that were all virtual, especially in the sciences where hands on experimentation is required? I don't want to hire an engineer, for example, that hasn't done hands on projects.

I hired my first just out of college employee two summers ago and I would have been better off with someone with special needs. And she attended college in person.
But at least that engineer will know to ask you what pronouns you prefer.
