Reddit's /r/conspiracy community (1.4m subscribers) is the latest subreddit to announce a Win site, following the ever-growing censorship on Reddit.
This announcement is particularly exciting since it's a topic that many on The Donald have an existing interest in.
Their new site can be found at conspiracies.win, and logins from other Win sites will also work over there.
Keep in mind that conspiracies.win isn't inherently political, and like all Win sites, has its own set of rules.

It was always a problematic site, if you were'nt a big dick linux swinging neckbeard. That place is where I first learned what neckbeards were, and the whole "well, actually" thing, before it was a meme. But it was a great resource.
Sites come and go. I've got a list of sites I'd love to see come back, but never will. There's a forum event horizon most hit, that there's no coming back from.
