The internal police group of the NSA is called the Q group. The NSA as you are aware is the agency that has every text, every call, every voicemail, from every person in their database. I am sure you are aware of it all. But nevertheless. I hate being pacified by any form of government. I wish the message from Q was to mobilize, train, gather equipment and gear and stand ready. That would go over much better than "trust the plan"
