Bottom line: Most of the actual COVID deaths are the fault of the treatment protocols and the doctors, hospitals, and licensing boards that stuck to them even when there was enough evidence that the protocols were ineffective.
The version I saw dated May 5th said nothing about masks.
Putting a Tedros quote on that page while slamming the WHO in the "Scientific Rationale" section tells me that the masks shit was added by some mushhead who is more PR or legal than medical.
