QAnon didn't write that Executive Order. Trump did. Why would he write an EO for the express purpose of dealing with fraudulent elections and not utilize it?

He wrote it 2 months before the 2018 midterms when they also cheated with dominion... and did nothing since. You know all those traitor governors with insane lockdowns we have now? Most were elected in 2018.
