Get some food-grade hydrogen peroxide and put it in your water when you get home.
And drink a lot of it.

Where is the MRSA located? Blood? Wound? Sputum?
It can be treated but vancomycin can wreck your kidneys. Make sure your Vanco Trough is within Safe range.
