When the police took away their knives, the chavs just ended up smashing bottles into each other's faces. Of course, glassing was a term before that.

You realize what you are advocating for, right? These are Americans citizens you are speaking of. At the end of the day we must not allow this division to make us lose sight of that. The extremist element on the left is minuscule. We know this. We believe this. We advocate this. We must not buy into, nor repeat their lie that they are the majority, because the facts and reality prove that to be a farce.

We know we can and will defeat them in a manner that will not make this country lose itself, or destroy itself. So please, you have never seen war or else you wouldn’t advocate for it. I say this as a combat veteran of the global war on terror, I’ve seen the shit that you don’t want to see happen to this country. So I beg of you, let the legal avenues be exhausted before you advocate for something that will be utterly horrid, something I would wager you aren’t prepared physically or mentally to even see, because once that genie leaves it’s bottle, it will not ever go back in.

You can draw an arbitrary line around people who want you dead, your children brainwashed and raped, and call them brother as a result, but I don’t.

There’s no easy way out of a century of subversion.

Nope; it's all a crazy conspiracy theory. And no; a sitting United States Congresswoman certainly didn't call for her political opponents to be put on lists....nope! Sarcasm aside; this truly is it. I don’t think you deserve all the downvotes for your post and agree war is to not be taken lightly. There’s definitely a far left faction who are evil but are a minority of the overall democratic voters. I would argue that the majority of people who voted for Biden are simply misinformed and believe the MSM propaganda about orange man bad, it’s sad but they are not inherently bad people (most, I’m not talking about far left antifa or ppl supporting trannys, etc...those people are scum). I say this because I have family and and friends who are smart and loving people overall, but they’ve unfortunately been brainwashed by the MSM. It’s infuriating how they can’t see thru the lies but have been blinded by orange man bad propaganda. We could easily be headed towards civil war but let’s not mistake the truly evil ones that need to be taken out...MSM, big tech, big education, antifa, and globalist politicians....not your average democrat who’s unfortunately a brainwashed sheep, but not inherently evil.

3
TrumpTrainChoooChoo2 3 points ago +4 / -1

Yes and we need to make them realize their shepherd is a wolf by taking down the powerful ones (MSM, big tech, big education, antifa, corrupt politicians) and they’ll then realize we’ve been the honest shepherds this whole time.

2
LordKuroTheGreat 2 points ago +3 / -1

I've got family on the other side as well, but we need to be realistic. Unless they change immediately or get the hell out of our way, they are a threat to our lives and country.

Him failing at appointing judges, doesn’t have anything to with whether or not he will pull the trigger.

The President has tried to fix the government, not liquidate it. He has no choice but to cross now, though, since it’s clear that the system is completely, utterly, corrupted.

Either he takes extreme measures, or America falls to Chinese domination. There’s no choice.

The entire system is corrupt, from the courts to every gov dept to 90%+ of politicians being bribed, blackmailed, weak or otherwise compromised. It will never be fixed from within, especially since China owns so many of our politicians and dept heads.

The only way it truly gets fixed is by patriotic citizens taking the reigns and cleaning out the corruption. Every politician and high ranking official has their finances investigated and when it is exposed most are just paid puppets of China or other interests, then maybe the rest of the country will understand.

-44
Anaconda -44 points ago +22 / -66

With what army? The same military that refused insurrection act orders back in June to deal with BLM? 60
SoldierofKek 60 points ago +62 / -2 (edited)
  1. they never renamed any bases. That was discussed but never done. 2) the secretary of defense and disloyal general who said they would not deploy have been dismissed.band 3) Trump never invoked the insurrection act, not once! The department of homeland security did send US Marshalls to guard the courthouse in Portland because the US Marshalls are charged with protecting the courts. US Marshalls are not military, they are law enforcement officers. Your stupidity shows when you fail to know the difference between regular army and police! The constitution is dead. Congress’s actions of going after political enemies during the Trump administration, the FBI spying on american citizens and no one being prosecuted for it, and the governors/dictators actions during covid has proven this. The supreme court has confirmed the constitution is meaningless by initially allowing churches to be shutdown and now not settling disputes between states. I honestly don’t know how we’re any different than China or Saudi Arabia at this point.

If you think the taking back of this country will be approved by our enemies, you are a retard.

You clearly have no clue about the ideas behind the constitution, Declaration of Independence, or what freedom from government means.

The civil war was not about secession. That’s the lie liberals tell so they don’t have to talk about the 300,000 white men who died to free the slaves, the other hundreds of thousands who fought and lived to free the slaves, and the Democrats who tried to keep other men as slaves.

You have a lot of red pills to swallow before you break your conditioning.

Now therefore, I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, in virtue of the power in me vested by the Constitution, and the laws, have thought fit to call forth, and hereby do call forth, the militia of the several States of the Union, to the aggregate number of seventy-five thousand, in order to suppress said combinations, and to cause the laws to be duly executed.

Try to keep up.

NATIONAL COMMAND AUTHORITY

https://thedonald.win/p/11QRov3rMI/whos-the-guy-with-national-comma/c/

Deputized citizen militias providing the ‘muscle’ under the direction of more highly-trained Constitution-loyal federal agents, eliminating any worry they might have of resistance from traitors within the federal ranks, local corrupt police forces, private security forces, cartels, gangs, mobs, etc.

The National Guard could act in a support and public safety capacity, and the military (save for some few select ‘special operators’) would be focused entirely against foreign external threats, and not involved in domestic enforcement.

1
KAGMAGIC2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

there would definitely be extensive federal special forces operations domestically. Along with loyal CIA special activities division wetwork. I know I sound like a cringey nerd, but there would be serious intelligence operations lmao.

1
GiveMe1776 1 point ago +3 / -2

No. I will kill the people that come to take my guns or round up Trump supporters or force vaccines or force the mark of the beast or arrest me for my Christian faith. Then, when they send more people, I will go down fighting alone because everyone is going to wait until the last second to kill for their freedom. No one is going to stand up for me because I will not be able to get the word out to people that aren’t programmed npcs because big tech will have blocked all my communications.

KAGMAGIC2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

4
WestCoastG 4 points ago +7 / -3

Honestly, what would happen if we started rounding them up? We know where they are, for the most part. If the police don't bother us, we should be able to round them up by force (armed, but hopefully without firing a shot) and imprison them somewhere. I'm sure it would escalate into a hostage situation and then the fbi would get involved, etc., though. But at some point, you gotta stop relying on a broken system to fix itself

5
GiveMe1776 5 points ago +5 / -0

Why the fuck would you bother holding onto them? Read their crimes to them, show the pictures and screenshots of their crimes, and execute them where you find them.

The police couldn't stop a large enough force. They're outnumbered by citizens.

I love you guys and if it comes down to it then so be it, but the President isn’t going to be “sending you in” if you have to go in y’all are going to have to organize. He’s going to use the military to destroy these people, let them do their job first.

Can I ask something, and im not being a shill or trying to be condescending. I have a reason for asking.

Are you a q, trust the plan type?

1
FrogofWar 1 point ago +3 / -2

50/50 not counting on it tho and if Trump goes in with military it wouldn’t necessarily mean Q is real.

5
AppalachianTactical 5 points ago +6 / -1

Just wondering if its people who invest in Q theory that believe in this or if people who dont have a faith like prophecy around it (no offense intended).

Im not a doomer, but I am aware when chips are down, and until we see movement on a case they are def down. Today has been the slowest day im weeks, but it is Sunday. I am afraid the EO was almost a Virtue signal about Russia more than 4d chess.

If Trump doesnt move then his legacy is destroyed and it was all for nought. I mean I did well these last 4 years and appreciate that, but handing us over to these communists would be fucked.

Im sure he is in a terrifying position. Make one decision and you do the right thing and save the country and maybe the world, but if you fail your life is on the line and your families legacy and future. Make the other and you failed the people, spare your life and family, but legacy is ruined and go down as an evil hated president in all history books that matter.

4
FrogofWar 4 points ago +4 / -0

I mean, if he hadn’t just said he was just beginning to fight, and you didn’t have people close to the President posting all kinds of military might optics I would maybe think it was a virtue signal as well. Also this is why we voted for him, and he’s knows if this doesn’t get sorted out, he and at least his sons are dead. The deep state knows they can’t have people like him around, they are way too dangerous for them.

1
AppalachianTactical 1 point ago +2 / -1

They wouldnt be dead. Being safe is the only reason he hasnt pulled the trigger.. They talk about jail but they will be offered leniency not to fight, if it comes to military intervention and something no living American has seen then all the deepstate and radical leftists will threaten his life, and he has to weigh if he will be successful and protected by us. I think he would be and I support whatever means to keep China and the deepstate out of the whitehouse possible.

I think he should make arrests and stay and fix our elections so they cant be rigged next time.

So I am not saying I dont support him 100% im just saying I realize he has the hardest decision in the world and one of the hardest in all of history right now and im sure he is uncertain about the support he will have, but he has it.

So if shit had to hit the fan, I wonder why you think that any commie would be safe in our country.

But to see 40 states standing on either side, and decide that instead of hearing out the case, they wanna dive under the bed and pretend nothing ever happened. I am entirely disgusted by scotus for that.

It isn't even about ruling for or against us, it's about the fact that they were too chickenshit to even try hearing the case out, regardless of who they supported. They literally abandoned the one thing they were put on to handle.

3
generated_name 3 points ago +4 / -1

To be fair to him, he can't just pick any random person for those positions. He doesn't know enough about everything each has to deal with, and they almost all have to be approved by the senate. So he has to rely on advisors to give him the best choices, and then he has to trust that those advisors aren't working against him in secret.

He made bad choices; but they may have been the best he thought he could do.

2
Wtf_socialismreally 2 points ago +2 / -0

Advisors are of little consequence there.

The problem is the Senate needing to vote them in.

Which is, by the way, inherently stupid and was always prone to exploitation. If a majority senate refused to ever accept any appointments then you would be looking at modern day politics.

Very hard for people not schooled in law to grasp that a court case, claim, a presentation, must follow a pattern, must have specific standards and elements, and every one of the pigeon-holes must be properly filled, for a court to take a case, then to keep the case, and finally to rule on the case. This is perhaps even more formalized, with the higher the "level" of court.
SCOTUS did not hear the "merits" of the case because a pivotal prerequisite, "standing", was missing from the mix, the recipe, the building, that governs whether it can take the case.
For a cook, it's like eggs are missing. For a mechanic, it's like missing a pivotal bolt. In animal husbandry or farming, it may be missing water, heat or cold. Whatever it is, if that one item is missing, the outcome cannot work, cannot hold together, cannot thrive.
I have neither read nor studied the foundation documents, and so will not identify here that which 9 justices all recognized is missing (hinted by them as the bits needed to show the concept of "standing", and ultimately leading to "damage".). Without it or them, the case has no thrive, no strength, no life.
Like so many of us, I'm disappointed and frustrated -- because -- I hold Ms. Powell, Mr. Giuliani, and all of our President's lawyer teams in such high esteem, that I regard each of them as heroes, thus nearly infallible. Perhaps they are right, that the SCOTUS justices side-stepped the case. Still, instead of assuming that all 9 justices were "bought", "dodged", "avoided" or otherwise were wrong, I have found that the better practice is to regroup, and, like Elton Musk: to learn every possible thing that can be learned, about what might have been wrong in the initial endeavor, from results that show there appears to have been some mistake in the initial mix.
Finally, it is wrong to assume that a justice or judge "owes" anything to the authority appointing him or her. The responsibilities of that office can allow for no scale-tipping by favoritism. Of all the offices that demand crystalline honor without blemish or taint, the justices and judges of our nation must be, and be found to be, completely clear and totally trustworthy. Their mysteries are subject to scholarly inspection only by following the path of The Law, which, being man-made, is no more infallible than any human working in or wielding it.

4
Vla1ne 4 points ago +4 / -0

The case is literally in a league of its' own though. There was clear and present harm presented (the erosion of state law, which could directly affect national elections of all 50 states), and scotus ran for the hills. I get your point, but there was no reason not to acvept the case as it was. Aside from fear. The only saving grace is that they outlined the fixes neccecary, but if scotus shits the bed again, and is too scared to take up this case even after the corrections that they themselves recommended, this country, as it currently exists, ends on the spot, and i am damn sure mad that they even let it get this far.

deleted 2 points ago +2 / -0 (edited)

So we dont have standing before the election.. no harm done then.. we dont have standing after an election.. latches.. states dont have standing because one state cant meddle in the affairs of another.. one voter doesnt have standing because God forbid that would open up all kinds of suits... the President doesn't have standing because.. well we dont want him to have standing says SCOTUS... THEN I WANT TO KNOW JUST WHO THE FUCK HAS SANDING AGAINST A FRAUDULENT VOTE? PLEASE.. SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE LAW COME DOWN ON HIGH AND ENLIGHTEN US.

deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
Dilis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Before Election Day was "over", and acts and facts have reached full completion (however each sovereign state determined those issues), no case could be fully "ripe". If theft is interrupted, it is not "theft" (depending how far along a continuum toward completion it gets, it may not be anything, or an attempt, etc. up to actual, completed theft).
Standing means "the person who has a right to bring the case". My neighbor has no standing to bring a case for theft from my property -- but may have standing for theft of something they own from my property. Still, no one has standing until the act//s complained of are completed.
Who has standing in vote theft is going to depend on the laws of the state/s at issue, whether the crime/s have been completed, and, in a SCOTUS case, whether there is a justiciable remedy for the wrong done.
Constitutional Law is an intricate area of specialized practice that, ultimately, follows rules that are no less fallible than the human minds that study, learn and create in that area.

We all know that until Friday, everyone was going on and on about how the Trump justices were heroes and how they were going to give us the win we needed because they’re patriots, and now look at what we have to say because we never considered that maybe they’re not the loyal allies we wished they were. The same goes for Barr. We can’t pretend that we weren’t gassing him up as some ultra badass who was gonna lay down the law, and now he’s a traitor too.

Maybe at some point we’ll get to the point where we don’t suck everyone’s dick just because they happen to be in Trump’s orbit. Because we look like morons doing that only to have to turn on them a few months later every single time.

We might joke around and call him GEOTUS, but people take it too far and literally worship the guy, like every move or appointment he makes is the 10th dimensional chess move of a literal god.

We pump up all of his picks like they’re the second coming of Jesus but are flabbergasted when they fail to produce results. We thought this of Mattis, Sessions, Barr, all three scotus picks, etc etc. I think Trump has been ill advised his entire presidency. He’s a new player to the game, so existing swampies would intentionally steer him wrong. He even said in a 60 minutes interview that his biggest flaw is he trusts people too much. Could explain why he’s 0-3 in scotus successes.

Not quite. They said they wouldn't grant immediate relief. Massive differenve. In other words, they woild not halt the process outright (inderstandable as they would want to hear the case first), but that they would judge their actions at the end according to the case.

This is not a cuck position, but the position of one who wants to follow the law as evenly as possible, which, while not the bombastic action plan that we all want, would be respectabe enough as a judge.

In olden times the Roman armies were raised and paid for by the generals that led them. Generals were not allowed to bring their armies into Rome. There was a river you'd have to cross to get into Rome called the Rubicon. At the end of his Gallic campaign (invasion of France, basically) there was a power struggle because he hadn't had permission from the Senate to fight that war, and if he came back he'd be prosecuted. Caesar was incredibly popular, and the Senate hated him. He wanted to be Consul again. Anyways, when he returned he brought his armies, and eventually he crossed the Rubicon and made himself Emperor. A few years later a conspiracy assassinated him.

Accordingly, I hereby order:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

(b) Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, State and local officials, shall deliver to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report evaluating, with respect to the United States election that is the subject of the assessment described in section 1(a):

(i) the extent to which any foreign interference that targeted election infrastructure materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, the tabulation of votes, or the timely transmission of election results; and

(ii) if any foreign interference involved activities targeting the infrastructure of, or pertaining to, a political organization, campaign, or candidate, the extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to, disclosure or threatened disclosure of, or alteration or falsification of, information or data.

Wrong. Assessment is first 45 days, report is next 45 days

The it wouldn’t make any difference even if we heard it - Alito? No, we need actual Patriots not someone who “plays the part” that’s the problem to begin with.

If the supreme court won't defend the constitution or individual rights then why do we have them? Do you really think they'll stop biden or harris from doing anything like they did Obamacare, dreamers, the patriot act, etc?

Do think the Senate will stop them? Did they stop this last defense bill which weakens us to China and big tech? Will the two rino senators grow spines when they won't even defend voters from fraud?

The answer is no and anyone who thinks otherwise is fooling themselves. We need to fix our republic, it is in peril and has been for a long time. We need to take power out of the hands of those who are too weak to defend the constitution and the rule of law. They act like they are too high and mighty to roll up their sleeves and actually do the right thing.

It's up to us and possibly the last real President (Trump) we'll ever have

17
SoldierofKek 17 points ago +18 / -1

I agree. Texas should up the ante. They should send the exact same brief with the words "or else". Or else what might you ask? Or else we secede from the union. If you will not hear our grievance between states, you have nullified the constitution, our contract between states and we will go our own seperate way!

11
Cyer6 11 points ago +11 / -0

We've been seeing talk coming out of Texas about doing such a thing. I would say this is all about creating or putting pressure on DC powers. In just one week, Texas created a significant amount of momentum through a coalition of red states for the SCOTUS lawsuit. That same kind of coalition with the threat of state secession is about putting pressure and leverage on the entire republic to do what's right.

9
SoldierofKek 9 points ago +9 / -0

I agree with attorney robert Barnes on this. The constitution is nothing more than a contract that appoints SCOTUS as mediator. It's one thing if SCOTUS hears the evidence and says, you know what? Sorry Texas you're wrong...at least that's a ruling..here they said sorry Texas, you don't have the right to air your grievances. THAT means we have no contract. For all the smug leftists, and I've told them this myself...I can't wait until the shoes is on the other foot. They're happy their guy won, but it's very possible a republican state could do something unfair and commiefornia could sue and sorry derp derp you don't have standing!

2
shaven_llama 2 points ago +2 / -0

I guarantee you the People's Republic of California would have standing in such a case. Hurt feelings would be considered sufficient.

2
shaven_llama 2 points ago +2 / -0

I just might move to Texas if they do it. Unless my state can be convinced to join them. That's actually a possibility (FL).

Always remember that standing is a court created principle that they only invoke to avoid taking cases. There is no justification for its existence and it is a living violation of equal protection and blatant violation of privileges and immunities.

11
Cyer6 11 points ago +11 / -0

This. What "standing" did Judge Sullivan have to essentially order the prosecution of General Flynn after the prosecutors themselves dropped the case on the grounds that there was no case or evidence of him committing a crime?

No one stopped him. The man is still a sitting judge. The entire legal/justice system is a sham and corrupt to the core.

Exactly. I had an hour or so of saying "what the fuck?", after the TX SCOTUS ruling, but they know a whole lot more than me know. Kind of concerning how he's still talking about it though. Makes it seem like that should have been a 100% victory. We shall see.

Legally, it was fully crazy.

6
FORMERCHILDSTAR 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm not sure the Supreme Court said the President does not have standing. I think they said Texas does not have standing for relief. I believe before this is all over a case or maybe several go to the Supreme Court. Still, the ultimate constitutional authority is with the state legislatures though.

3
MAGALogic 3 points ago +3 / -0

President Trump intervened as a plantiff to the Texas case so I am assuming that is what President Trump is referring to.

3
FORMERCHILDSTAR 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes...right, but I'm not sure it made him a formal plaintiff. I could be wrong. What I believe is the error on how Texas approached the court was procedural, not legal. It could possibly be tweaked by another plaintiff and be heard by the court. Not sure though.

4
RustySheckelford 4 points ago +4 / -0

I still think it's ridiculous that individual states can violate their own constitutions and change their law without legislative approval in order to remove election security measures and bennifit a single presidential candidate.

These states cheating to help biden affects all states and citizens.

2
FORMERCHILDSTAR 2 points ago +2 / -0

It is ridiculous, but a potential crime has not been committed until they certify. I can't accuse you of stealing a car just because I find you circling it and staring at it for several minutes....but once you jump in it and drive off...I can. Maybe after the States start reporting their certification it changes things from a legal perspective. Not sure.

3
RustySheckelford 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't buy that argument either. They did commit a crime. They did change their election rules without proper legislative approval. They have violated the constitution.

They've gone this far, there's no reason to think they'll just magically stop and say: "Okay guys you caught us, we'll just give all our electors to trump".

Waiting for the EC to certify just doesn't make sense to me.

0
bingobangobongo69 0 points ago +1 / -1

They're not allowed to do so, it just can't be a different state suing them for it. Same way if someone burns down my favorite doughnut shop, it's gotta be the shop owner that sues the arsonists, not me, even though I'm nominally affected since I can't get my doughnuts.

2
MAGALogic 2 points ago +2 / -0

That sounds about right.

But we will find out by tomorrow if that is true or even afterwards.

2ASingleIssueVoter 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem with all this is people don't understand how the system works.

No standing means "fuck off, we're not doing shit for you". SCOTUS made clear that they aren't gonna help Trump, period.

1
FORMERCHILDSTAR 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't think their unwillingness to hear the case said that. They said if any one has been injured by the actions of these battleground states, then they can submit a complaint....and maybe the court will provide a remedy, or maybe they won't. The elected body that has the power to end this mess is the state legislatures...the supreme court only has a role when an individual or group of individuals can demonstrate injury or a violation of constitutional rights by the actions of the other states.

1
2ASingleIssueVoter 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't get why you're still giving them benefit of the doubt.

"Uh, okay, they say no standing, so I just need to get standing now and all will be fine!"

Understand that standing is a lawyer talk for "fuck off, we don't want to get involved". You people continue to assume the system is fine and you just need to try harder to appease it to get your 5 minutes in court. Won't happen.

It's crystal clear now, that SCOTUS told Trump to fuck off. "No remedy for you here, move on"

But yeah, I guess that's all part of THE PLAN that three of his nominees decided to betray him now, only to come to his rescue at the 11th hour. Makes perfect sense.
