The vast majority of votes will come from the cities though, and the population of the regions with the cities in them would have the most electoral votes. In my opinion this gives us less electoral votes, whereas in Texas we win the entire state we get 38 electoral votes. If this is how it worked we would win the state but get less than 38 electoral votes. This doesn't help us at all, it makes it worse?
