I'll only accept Bill Gates' bar and restaurant shutdowns IF he is willing to personally subsidize the owners and staff for the cost of lost business operations over the shutdown, down to the last penny. If he's too stingy/greedy to compensate small business for his lockdown plan, then no deal. Businesses can't afford it, and they will stay open as they please. No one elected or appointed Bill Gates to a policy-making position.
