No. If you are a resident citizen, you can mail in your ballot from wherever you are. Lots of people live in one state and work in another, and might do this without thinking.

First, we have a means to look at at least 1 million of these ballots a day and can scientifically to a certainty, tell if they were in deed folded as any mail in ballot would absolutely need to be. Not folded? Not a legal mail in ballot.
Second, if you have a physical number of ballots in front of you that were mailed in then you should have a equal number of signed envelopes. I you have more mailed ballots then signed envelopes, the game is afoot.

If the Dominion system was operating similar to those in Michigan you apparently can run blank ballots through the system and their images would be kicked out and sent to Europe where they were "adjudicated" i.e. a fake ballot for Biden would be produced by an automated computer system and sent back to add to the vote totals. This is a component of foreign intervention in our elections. Therefore, the feds should send audit teams to each of these centers and do a forensic analysis of the scanned votes immediately. The result - illegal votes identified and deducted from the vote counts. Trump wins.
