My guess is Christmas eve. Trump recently gave all federal employees the day off. Four day weekend. All is quiet, everyone is at home.

I don't know if it is wishful thinking but the 2018 EO states, the DNI report shall be submitted "Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election."
I'm just saying that many people are focusing on Dec. 18th as the 45th day after the election but it is possible that the report could be submitted earlier. At the very least, Trump and the DoD might be up to date on what is going on.
Even if the report is delivered on the final day, I'm pretty sure Trump and the DoD would have assets in place to act quickly if foreign influence is found in the report.
I hope it happens this week also. A short time under some form of martial law would be better and a life time under the CCP.

Furthermore, I don't recall anywhere in that EO where it said a press release had to issued when the report was delivered. It may have been delivered last week.

I do think things will go public if the DoD moves to take possession of election hardware in any of the contested swing states though. That would be a clear sign that things are under way.

I don't think this election will ever conclude! I'm hoping it means by 11:59 PM November 3rd though, as that is supposed to be the election conclusion date, and everything after that is certification/procedure.

Something I’ve been thinking about after reading the EO: If foreign interference is found, what exactly does that mean for the election results? From what I’ve read (and I’m in no way an expert) I’m only seeing where it states sanctions can be placed on the offending country. Not really seeing what the EO does to the actual election results.
