I recently sorted and cleaned all data from nyt json. It was very complicated task. I haven’t seen anywhere else full detailed report. The excel file shows so much from from Mi. And it’s only 1 state with detailed reports. Corrupted court system?

I'm not a vaunted State of Michigan Voting Ballot Forensic Data Analyst but I SEE a BIG problem here!
Notice the higher number precincts have fewer Trump numbers.
Less writing/typing as time went by most likely.
Fingers/wrist tired and/or in a rush to finish.
Maybe you can reorder by precinct.

Someone liked typing OR writing via a Smart phone draw to text routine, 38s and 39s in the Trump column of the vote cheating Software, it seems.

Notice there are almost no 6s.

You have 43 rows but only 1 (one) 6 (six) in the Trump column.
It's a lot easier to write out the Trump votes than all of those Biden votes.
Then, it seems they just divided
(Trump+Jorgensen+blankguy+etc.) by ~ 0.03 (3%)(100%-97%) to get the Biden votes.
