The last line of defense is your local sheriff department, even they have the authority to arrest outsiders like foreign agents etc.... Only they have the power to deputize citizens and form legal squads of law and order....

So when hell breaks loose they are the last line of defense. I am not saying they are buttercups, but now is not the time to push them away. Now is the time to win their hearts and minds over before they just take unconstitutional orders...

There is such a thing as bias Don't let them lose hope by painting them all the same way. We need to work on their hearts and minds.
