PS Some warnings to NOT fall for strategically:

A.) "congress contesting electors" law is very unconstitutional, so DON'T LET ANY REPUBLICANS DEPEND ON IT.

B.) "VP can toss out Elector SLATES"; this too is also unconstitutional.

C.) "the only date in the Constitution is X" talk is very dangerous, don't fall for it.

D.) Having States abstaining from appointing Electors, because this wont guarantee a contested Election to go to House voting.

E.) Same for the Texas Lawsuit; it wont bail out State Legislatures whom still have this power to appoint Electors.

F.) Same for the Texas or other Lawsuits where SCOTUS doesn't have to either hear the case(s) or even rule on them. The WIN WIN Plan works so well, because these problems like all other problems are avoided. The WIN WIN Plan can resolve the issues in the Texas Lawsuit; but the Texas lawsuit doesn't resolve the WIN WIN Plan.
