I don''t understand, what are they afraid of? If they choose one side over the other it will be chaos anyway. Do they think 80,000,000 people who think the election is stolen will suddenly just comply? Think about what has happened with the Proud Boys this weekend. Will the PBs just go away and surrender their money, kids, guns, free speech, and freedom of religion? They will have to open Pandora's box anyhow, no matter how they choose. Allow the evidence to be heard, and rule according to whoever has the best case. Simple.
