The difference between cyberpunk 2077 and Mass Effect is that cyberpunk literally has dicks, vagina, balls, and tits. Full nudity and very explicit. Base ps4 is terrible performance. It runs at dynamic 900p resolution and drops down to 720p... While only maintaining 20-30 fps. This is using low PC settings.
I'm playing on PC. I have a gtx 1080 so I can handle this game at 2560x1440 resolution at medium settings. It maintains 60fps but I plan on upgrading my graphics card soon so hopefully I'll be able to crank up the settings soon.
