It means Trump is not honoring the electoral certifications from the fraud states; and, Pence is the one counting which electoral votes are certified. Ergo, the electoral certifications from the fraud states are going in the trash can. Unless the courts uphold Trump, this election is going into a Contingent Presidential Election by the US House of Reps State Delegations where Trump has 27 votes and Dems 20. Checkmate Motherfuckers!

In addition, yesterday Trump signed an Exec Order changing the order of military command and succession! We're putting on our big boy pants fellas! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²

3 states are deadlocked with an equal number of Repub and Dem delegates. If they are deadlocked their vote is a zero.

If the vote for President goes to the house. It's One vote per State Which republicans have 27 and Dems have 20. They have to vote along party lines which gives President Trump the victory.

9
resoluteAction 9 points ago +11 / -2

They don't have to vote along party lines but we need to make sure they do.

16
Enlivenus [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

The contingent election rules require the delegates to vote along party lines because the state only has one vote. Their is no negotiation. But, I agree with you. We better keep them in check because Dems don't play by the rules!

3 states are deadlocked with equal numbers of Repub and Dems in delegation. That means the state cannot cast a voteat. Delegates MUST vote for their own party. They have no discretion because the state one has one vote.

ΒΏWhat does yesterday's EO of military command and succession have to do with a contingent election? BTW ... what about the other 3 states (you said 47...)

14
Enlivenus [S] 14 points ago +14 / -0

It mean Trump ain't playing. He's making sure that his loyalists are in charge of the military.

Only 47 states casting electoral votes in Contingent Presidential Election in House of Reps State Delegations because 3 states are deadlocked with an equal number of Repub and Dem delegates. If a state is deadlocked it will not be allowed to cast a vote.

8
MAGAMAN300 8 points ago +8 / -0

Exactly!! i keep telling people if you think President Trump isn't about to US the military then you are not paying attention.

President Trump starts his second term in JAn 2021 one way or another.

The Dems and Deepstate will have to choose whether it's the easy way by doing the right thing or the hard way (Military)

Okay, the order of succession seems like a big deal. Let’s follow the links -

On Thursday, December 10, 2020 President Trump does an Executive Order about succession - link: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-providing-order-succession-within-department-defense/

NEW ORDER:

(i) Deputy Secretary of Defense; (ii) Secretaries of the Military Departments; (iii) Under Secretary of Defense for Policy; (iv) Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security; (v) Chief Management Officer of the Department of Defense; (vi) Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment; (vii) Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering; (viii) Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller); (ix) Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness; (x) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy; (xi) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security; (xii) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment; (xiii) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering; (xiv) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller); (xv) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness;

And Etc. Also revokes President Obama’s previous Executive Order 13533 of March 1, 2010 which addresses the same issue - link - https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/realitycheck/the-press-office/executive-order-providing-order-succession-within-department-defense

OLD ORDER:

(1) Deputy Secretary of Defense; (same #1) (2) Secretary of the Army; (same? spelled out #2) (3) Secretary of the Navy; (same? spelled out #2) (4) Secretary of the Air Force; (same? spelled out #2) (5) Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics; NOW #6 (6) Under Secretary of Defense for Policy; NOW #3 (7) Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller); NOW #8 (8) Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness; NOW #9 (9) Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence; NOW #4 (10) Deputy Chief Management Officer, Department of Defense; MAYBE #5? If what is true? Article II of the constitution governing the electoral vote count and the Contingent Presidential Election? Read it. It's very clear. You don't need CNN or Fox News to read it for you.

2
Enlivenus [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm sorry. In this forum I can't teach an entire law school class on the electoral vote count and contingent election, but you can research it. I'm not leading you astray. It's all correct. But, I respect your need to learn for yourself. Have at it.

The reasoning that state delegates are obligated to vote along party lines in the Contingent Presidential Election is to prevent individual delegates from distorting the will of the people in their state. The thinking is that the people have already spoken by electing representatives from the major political parties (Republican or Democrat), now the individual representatives can't vote as they please. They have no discretion. They must vote for the party for which their citizens voted when they elected the representative -- not whomever the representative personally prefers.

Which part of the constitution says that specifically?

My bet is there are enough turncoat treasonous RINOs (bought and paid for in Yuan) to vote for Biden anyways.

Enlivenus [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Article 2 of the constitution and the 12th amendment.

So this will happen on Jan 6th? I'm going to consider cashing out my bet on betfair, because they have confirmed that they will settle the market if a candidate gets 270+ EC votes tomorrow.

6
Enlivenus [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

I personally think Trump will go for the win by suspending the Jan 6 vote until at least Jan 7 or 8, when AZ, GA, PA, MI & WI legislatures are back in session and they can give their 73 electoral votes to Trump as per the US Constitution. But, I'll gladly take the win in the Contingent Election. Either way is good with me. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ‘

1
BritGroyper 1 point ago +1 / -0

I made a bet on Betfair too, I think in the T&C it mentions if neither party gain a majority then it goes to whoever is elected via the 12th amendment. Unless something has changed.

1
moonstreams 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, this is correct. What we need to figure out is the odds of Biden NOT getting 270+ today

Ehh, I'm not convinced. I assume Pence is going to stab Trump in the back just like the 3 supreme court nominees; Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett; he put on the bench.

One of Trump biggest problems has been constantly getting backstabbed by the people he hired. There are very few people on Trump's side. Most of the establishment hacks have double crossed him.

A lot of federal judges he put on the bench have blocked election lawsuits. John Bolton, john Kelly, Bill Barr establishment hacks have stabbed in the back.

The route forward is through the outrage of the people to the representatives closest to the people.

Senators, and house members, as well as the state houses in red states.

Getting a single senator and house member can object to the electors and hopefully force a contested election which will send the decision to state houses.

This is where the people have the most influence as well as trump has the most power.
3
Enlivenus [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree with you, Trump can't trust anyone.

2
Donarudo_Taranpu 2 points ago +2 / -0

Don't forget Jeff Sessions!

1
sacrebleu 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't get it. Doesn't that require the electors from the states or the majorities of both the senate and the house agree that the election is rigged, not Trump? How come Trump's saying "protest" make contingent election happen?

3
Enlivenus [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

The VP, Mike Pence counts the electoral votes. He does not count disputed votes. Per the US Constitution.

Nixon in 1960, while serving as VP (President of the US Senate) counted disputed Hawaii votes for Kennedy and against himself. However, the Hawaii votes were inconsequential to the outcome of the election and Kennedy defeating Nixon.

3
sacrebleu 3 points ago +3 / -0

So... we don't need any help from the state electors or house/senate or anything, but just Pence's decision alone is enough to trigger house delegation voting? That sounds too easy. Persuading Pence should be a lot easier than persuading the courts...

2
Enlivenus [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's wild but true. The Constitution is very sketchy on the counting of electoral votes. All it says is that the Pres of the Senate (VP Pence) shall open the votes in front of both houses of congress and count the undisputed and certified votes. That's it. No further guidance. That is why Trump announced these votes are disputed. Trump is saying, Pence isn't going to count disputed votes.

1
MakeALaskaGreatAgain 1 point ago +1 / -0

Think about it for a moment. Getting to that point hasn't been easy. There has been tremendous pressure to fold. Trump has had to plead his case night and day to the people so the whole country doesn't burn down when this occurs.

As it is things will get crazy and I'm sure the insurrection act would have to be invoked to stifle the left who will probably try to use their stooges in the DOJ to arrest Trump after their mockingbird media calls for it.

Ohhhh, this is a different order! the article references the prior order to say it's notable that the chairman isn't on the prior order, but what it doesn't tell you is that the chairman isn't on any of the previous succession orders either, as far as I can tell that is.
